Harry Foockle is an ordained United Methodist Pastor and has been active in the local church ministry since June 1965. Prior to accepting the call to shepherd Antioch, he was the Senior Pastor at Platte Woods Church, in Platte Woods, MO, for 14 years.
Harry was born in Peru, Illinois, and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He served in the U.S. Air Force for eight years before being called into ministry as a local church pastor. He is married to Donna (Hagewood), has four adult children and five grandchildren. He holds Bachelor of Arts, Master's and Doctorate degrees.
Harry is an active member of civic groups and organizations, having served as President of the Springfield Ministerial Alliance, President of the Ozark Christian Counseling Service and President of the Park Hill Community Drug Task Force. He is a Board Member of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, serving as the Chair of the Mass Celebration. He also serves on the Board of Curators for Central Methodist University.

Recognized as receiving more members in The United Methodist Church in the Missouri West Conference than anyone else. He was given the Harry Denman Award for excellence in evangelism, The National Circuit Rider Award, the Barrier Breaker Award for Missouri West Conference, the Evelyn Wasserstrom Award for the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, the Graduate Award from Saint Paul School of Theology, and the Charles A. Trentham Homiletics Award from the Internation Council of Community Churches.
