Thought you would like to know…
Our closing session at the ICCC Annual Conference in Indianapolis was a wonderful worship experience.
Several of us were asked to take up the evening offering.
Just before I started down my side of the aisle a young girl in the youth group holding a five dollar bill in her hand asked if I had change. I told her I did not , but if she waited until we finished receiving the offering there would be plenty of change.
She went back to her seat.
In a few moments I was at the aisle she was sitting in…I passed the plate and noticed that she put in the entire five dollars. I am guessing it was the last of her money because her friends eyes got big and she let out a sigh.
One of our youth…I wanted to shout and cry at the same time.
